Help with exporting a video from imovie, it skips

i exported video file , plays fine. when import toast , burn it, skips on dvd player try or pc dvd player. have idea maybe doing wrong?

burned macbook air external drive. exported in high quality format not hd.

 

what settings did use in imovie export , settings did use in toast burn it?
, couldn't use idvd?

can make screenshot or two, if unsure , attach or them next post.
