iTunes Match Movies just in US?

downloaded new itunes, iphone, , new appletv software, , neither lets me see mentioned "purchased" section. i'm wondering if new itunes match movie service us, or in canada too. hear anything? in canada , work you? in , yet?

 

just switched account , can confirm icloud movies based yet. hope activate in uk shortly hdd crash lost 2 movies can't time machine.
