Jailbroken 4S, what now?

today looking @ thread (post jailbreak screens) , broke word. iphone jailbroken. put apps, got working, need few tips/guides (i didn't came across )
basicly looking for:
• decent youtube app (app play mobile restricted videos in frendly gui, dev told isn't possible release app on appstore)
• themes guide (how apply themes , icons)
• ring tones guide/tip
• cydia tips (what sources, alernative cydia it's freakin unusable bunch of ads )
• browser (i used alt. definitly stick safari if had "pc browser option" > no m.site on requst)
• various tweaks (where start, look)

if similar (n00b) thread exists, please (mod/admin) point me there.

youtube, try protube.
themes, download winterboard , head on the forums @ macthemes complete themes , how install them.
various tweaks there tons:
1. bitesms better handling of texts , more extended options native messages.app
2. assistant extensions (toggle wifi, bluetooth, brightness) , lingual (fast translations) siri. make more functional
3. zephyr awesome mulitasking gestures.
4. folderenhancer better folders.
5. lockinfo/intelliscreenx
6. sbsettings

list goes on.. searches "your favorite tweaks" or similar find threads it.

cydia alternative, there none. theres web-based tweak store in works, far know, it's not out. ads aren't bad though, load faster on 4s on 4 @ least.
