Make the iPad and Apple TV Similar

i don't know if has been talked already, wish ipad more apple tv in way consume content. bought episode of walking dead. i'm sitting here, waiting download can watch it. wouldn't better if clicked on purchase, waited 10 seconds, , streamed while watched it? why take time download it?

or better yet, both. while it's downloading, able stream comes in, in case have watch later without internet connection.

or better yet, maybe give choice. buy it, , have choice come says "stream or download locally?"
