My jailbreak seems useless

so jailbreak on iphone 4s seems useless...

jb update apps via 3g or 4g now:roll eyes:
3gunristrictor
tetherme....

can't of these new limits at&t has set. guess i'm getting vzw lte ipad.... @ least can tether if need it...
