5.1 call back issue

handset: iphone 4s 32gb
ios: 5.1

noticed after update, when first call fails , there option call (green button on left), when click on it, screen goes black no option cancel call or else. call happening.

i'd bug, grand on previous firmware releases.

tested on 2 handsets.
