SIRI & Password Lock Bypass....???

hey guys,

need assistance.
have issue regarding siri , password lock. have 4 digit password on jb'n ip4s w/ att , issue password enabled, can still use siri perform web search enables safari , unlocks phone because pressing home button after safari open, takes me right launcher/springboard. thing can think of had tried out siritoggles 15mins , had "browser changer" installed cydia have both since removed after discovering issue. have of experienced issue , if so, resolution? tia

edit: have tried turn off siri access lockscreen through password lock options in settings , siri still accessible. tried turning siri off on well. activator set "not assigned" holding down home button on lockscreen.
