View synced files?

i've browsed macrumors forums, lot of helpful stuff here, never had post before though.

here's question:
there way view synced iphone files?
every once , while i'll sync new iphone name, when restore old sync gives me option recover files might have accidentally deleted or regret deleting on phone.

instead of having restore , sync, i'm wondering if there way view i've synced on macbookpro (osx 10.2.7).

yes, using app called iphone backup extractor. (assuming haven't encrypted backups)

can use app extract specific files backups , manually add them device (which can done through app called iphone explorer).
