4G iPad in Europe and HSPA+

i understand ipad 3 not support european 4g networks in europe whenever launched, users able access hspa+ speeds on networks , in locations. unsure about, however, whether hspa+ speeds faster hspa+ support offered iphone 4s or ipad 2. can shed light?

 

the ipad 3 supports hspa+ speeds of 42mbit/sec far higher both ipad 2 , iphone 4s
