Data hog on the iPhone 4s?

hi,
wondering if knows causes 4s use data? have 750mb per month vodafone uk , within week have 430mb left barely usage! when im @ work of time im connected wifi , if wasnt send imessages, @ home im connected wifi @ times. thought might due "duel antennas" never had issue iphone 4 :s

there app see of data being used?
