iTunes App Question

last week, purchased entire album via itunes app on iphone. songs downloaded, exception of 1 track. hit button re-download it, continued give me "download error. tap retry message." went on mbp , downloaded entire album except 1 song.

i'm trying @ want clear song off "downloads" section in itunes app on phone. each time open app, have "1" notification under "more" tab. it's become rather annoying, , i'd rather rid of it. advice on how away appreciated.
