hello, wanted ask if me out. have never had ask manager ever or worked or annoyed company apart , apple.
not sure go make complaint @ all. how has turned out me past couple of weeks concerning apple.
first macbook pro dies, go apple store , enough , assess , ready repair. took notes , wrote make sure lion re installed onto machine after repair.
around week later call come pick macbook pro up. go store , seems fine show me working except put leopard on , not lion. (not snow leopard) asked them why , checked there notes , said made mistake , there , then. kept me waiting 45 mins in store sucked not perfect , make mistakes... happy machine back.
when home using macbook normal until around night time noticed backlight in keyboard wasn't working...wasnt able check in store bright gave me symbol on screen saying lights not turned on. checked apple warranty status find had no serial....
(if me far , sorry taking long...)
had bought imac had screen fault (owned 5 days until point) screen or @ least half of showing colours darker , flickering. took in , apple store said not replace there , because ordered online , because chose magic trackpad said considered custom build , had re order me one... (fair enough) told me take current imac home , within week call bring in , swap. (its been 2 weeks , have never had single call)
macbook had go in serialised , have light connected again meant had travel next day again go pick (so many journeys..)
had ring apple care because imac doesn't have 3 year warranty applied (bought through store) on phone on hour told people related not open , call (again not been called either)
now.. been on 2 weeks have rang apple store 3 times now, 1st time see going on, 2nd time again see going on , informed genius ring me let me know last thursday (yesterday) , no phone call them yet again... rang yesterday , asked manager, complained him above, apologised , thanked me patience , said promise ring me tomorrow (today friday) let me know going on. again have not been rang @ all..
do now? if have read of taking time. struggling now. never complain or know how go now. have spoken manager , thats not solved anything.
i guess keep on them. make sure have number correct, heh. maybe they're going off apple id info , it's dated, dunno. trying give tiniest benefit of doubt. maybe they're crummy. try speaking different manager too.
