New MacBook air running kernel_task at 300%

well pulled trigger , bought new base 13" air online store , first time turn on fans went max 6000 rpms , never shut off unless machine sleeps or shutdown.

talk bad luck eh.... haven't gotten yet , it's days out of box now. cpu kernel_task high 4 cpu boxes full red , task stays @ 300+% straight nonstop. machine laggy it's unusable.

reset smc
reset pram
repaired permissions
verified ssd (samsung)
ran hardware test mode extended , passed
reinstalled lion 10.7.3 clean not recovery

no change after that

suspect bad thermal sensor or logic board.

interesting thing machine cold touch no heat whatsoever.

i'm sending store.....shouldn't warrant me new replacement since new threw out box. lol bad thinking doing maintenance tasks first time initial boot.

hate loose samsung ssd rather have stable new machine. think buying refurb better @ least know fixed issues had after leaving factory.

relax!!!

send back.
