Wiping Personal Data Without Losing Jailbreak/5.01?

so i'm going sell ipad 2 friend of mine, doesn't want lose 5.01 because wants jailbreak it. possible wipe data off device without being forced restore ios 5.1?

think it.

maybe rout install account support in cydia (dont remember name of packgage). create new account , delete old...
