1 of buddies in uk has younger brother in zimbabwe itunes account new ipad, can't 1 out there. he's therefore asked friend set account him on here.

naturally friend's bit dubious giving younger brother unlimited access app downloads account linked debit card.

make account brother linked friend's card, has fixed limited - eg. £15 month spend on apps?

other ideas getting bro' itunes account in zimbabwe without friend having risk of massive app purchases appreciated!
