i looking @ picking portable hdd can have music , pictures on either of computers. want have files backup.
use mac mini , hp laptop.
can use hdd on both operating systems?

yes go-flex should come drivers facilitate reading , writing both windows , osx (it has seagate specific driver allows drive mount , written os x when formatted ntfs. not useable time machine when formatted ntfs backups have handled manually.
