iPhone 3GS stuck in a white screen :(

so, had upgraded ios5.1 , jailbroken tethered. until left on table around 4 minutes, picked up, , realised went dfu mode. after found out cant boot @ all, redsn0w. shows white screen, black. i've tried googling , tried every possible solution, including holding both power , home button.
1 haven't tried letting battery die.

while i'm waiting battery die, hope of guys able me , give me working solution.

oh, , can't restore phone. when try restore itunes, gives me white screen itunes give error code 28.

help? t_t

sounds has hardware issue.
nothing can fixed restores or software wise.
