One question...downloaded app weeding?

have a.d.h.d. , got ipod touch , went hogwild downloading ton of apps me have...now have no idea apps should keep , should throw away... wish there way of listing similar apps , weeding out best , worst...aka ratings , reviews. cause route i've been taking has been taking time , been driving me crazy! have come here begging @ on this! lol info appreciated! ^-^
