iPod touch ipod touch jailbreak problem

i have 4th gen ipod touch running 5.0.1. jailbroken. past 2 days, has been respringing safe mode no reason can figure out. haven't added cydia affecting t in way. not sure @ point. might try re-jailbreaking unless can offer me other insight should do. looking!
