my iphone 4 has frequent network drops. it's random , nothing weak network spots. locations work great sometimes, worse other times. 'reset network settings' on average 5 times day. if i'm @ desk, signal great 60% of time. when drops, 'reset network settings' , resolves issue.
i've reported issue network provider , informed me of procedure of sending in 1 of contracted repair shops. i've done , claimed there no fault recorded , replicated not repair/send replacement. 6 months ago.
network provider have been extremely hard deal , it's taken long in touch manager. he's informed me drop phone 1 of firms shops.
(i) thoughts on actual problem itself?
(ii) mention repair staff?
have phone interviews , it's awkward not being able trust phone's signal.
why dont contact apple instead of wireless provider?
apple handles own warranty on products.
, they're lot better customer service that.
