so, have idea, i'm not sure if it'll work or if it's possible.
i’m trying this:
of our files , reports print, i’m trying instead, have these converted pdf files , savable on our computer network. however, issues have come fruition. our of service use, generates report in web application, , doesn’t give print options, instead, prints whatever default printer have. fine, i’m trying go paperless.
i’m thinking instead is, there way set scanner or scanner/printer combo default printer, without having print. then, have scanning software open populated report attempted print or “send” scanner. scanner software, we’re able save or export pdf. problem or concern is, possible set up? can printer/scanner combo used, have printer capabilities turned off? know if printing scanner result in showing in scanner software?
other ideas or suggestions appreciated.
i don't think idea workable.
know can install pdf printer option in print & fax (print & scan), right? i've been printing .pdf years save paper.
