please help with itunes --- home sharing not working/?!?!?!

all of sudden, not seeing library on remote iphone or ipad. have tried turning off home sharing , on.

1 thing may interesting when turn on (on computer) see "shared" tab appear on left, when click "done," no longer there .... ?

 

where did turn home sharing off/on? i've had happen , had turn off on devices (including computer) , on.
