How to capture one screen from one mac to another.

i want 'screenshare' 1 computer less cpu intensive screen sharing application on macs. im looking hardware alternative, i've heard capture cards can explain how work?

have tried using fire 800 cables , using livedv program quality poor, know why?

 

the built in screen sharing on mac not cpu intensive.

recording high resolution display cpu intensive. if want that, turn resolution down 1024x768 on both machines or that.
