Will I be able to add AppleCare+ to my 3 month old iPad 2?

applecare+ ipad 2 available march 16.

applecare+ ipad extends repair coverage 2 years original purchase date of ipad , adds 2 incidents of accidental damage coverage.

able buy ipad 2?????
