How to get my contacts after installing IOS 5.0.1 ?

hey people need !

after restoring sister's , iphone 4g os 5.0.1 mistakenly keyed in "icloud" user id , contacts , mine copied in both phones , started deleteing !

thing lost contacts mine still there , think contacts stored in icloud !

have tried restore iphone last yet didn't help.
have lost of contacts too.

please me , there way can restore contacts laptop ? or since has old nokia has contacts there easy way sync them there ?

 

you should syncing contacts address book, etc. did that?
