Windows 7 Programs like CS4 on Mac

i know has been asked million times, plan buy imac when refresh summer. replacing pc dying, still need run programs have work. planned on using bootcamp or parallels install win 7.
there issues running windows programs through bootcamp? read parallels convenient, has hard time programs use lots of resources , graphics intense.
purchased adobe cs4 creative suite pc days , hoped continue use on mac. cannot transfer license mac version cs5 out. has had experience running win cs4on mac?

 

as run windows natively via boot camp , have access resources mac offers you, fine run cs4 on 2012 imac, run on 2007 imac, in mac os x of course.
