Finder help

is possible make finder similar image below? preview , later discarded? looks freakin sweet me.

 

unfortunately don't think it's possible in lion. used able in snow leopard (or @ least in leopard) seems can't. there might sort of theming app out there can with, don't know of 1 myself.
