that's tall order under $50 , water resistant.
can hit amazon , better prices, careful there lot of knock-offs on amazon.
i'd try lifeproof case, it's waterproof. have tried case, , while it's pretty amazing being waterproof, screen shield makes feel using pda mid 90's , under $50 impossible.
option otterbox defender, water resistant, still need careful in regard. it's bulkier life proof, screen shield far better imo.
2 rugged style cases i've ever tried.
can ballistic cases, case-mate's tank case , trident cases. know there's more out there other it's can think of off top of head.
