long story short–a mix high school occurred. thought personal laptop school laptop , set school laptop–with administrator , student account, preferences school's wireless etc. not 100% sure happened it.
tech support restored computer , account , seems fine (but did have trouble getting onto home wireless). point being paranoid of schools tracking software or software in general might hidden away on laptop.
being paranoid? feel violated , when use laptop feel uneasy. feel whether or not there on it, have wipe feel @ ease using again.
have time machine backup couple of weeks ago sufficient , can e-mail myself files aren't on up. quickest way complete wipe of computer , install backup. in advance!
just clean install of os, restore tm backup.
also, may have better success in attracting responses thread, , you'll make thread easier find browsing forum same answers, if follow this tip.
