Mountain Lion With White Macbook 2008

know says macbook mb403*/a not run 10.8 has been able install because says update: @ least 1 developer tells has been able install mountain lion on late 2006 imac , macbook pro without problems. so, developer builds not seem enforce these restrictions.
why apple not force these restrictions developer builds?

the 2006 imac , macbook pro use dedicated gpu, 2008 macbook has integrated graphics processor (igp), reason, macbook not being supported.
