Golden Triangle Setup

we have mac environment, pc numbers beginning grow due quickbooks. have mac server set , looking move golden triangle setup. have purchased windows server, , want set right first time. want migrate on mac server windows server (profiles) windows server going host little data, host quickbook files , windows profiles if must. want minimum amount of down time on mac server, know there because upgrading hard drives @ same time.

there setup instructions follow along with? of instructions have found no servers setup or small windows server setup expanding support mac.
