Lock up playing BF3 multi

sorry if has been asked, did quick search nothing i'm getting.

bought bf3 figuring imac quite above recommended , run bootcamp few graphic intensive pc games , never had issue @ all.

imac 27" 2010 model core i-5 (2.8ghz believe) quad core, 4 gigs ram ddr3 , ati hd5750.

if leave standard drivers windows 7 insists on keep getting error message drivers version 10.4 , bf3 requires @ least 11.7.

ok...so let's update.
no matter game locks after 20 minutes (only playing multiplayer don;t care single @ all.)

ran cpuz , core temp, nothing gets above 70 degrees celsius, locks up, no on heating issue guess.

figured out how run out freezing?
i'm thinking threw away 60$ now... , why switched apple , console gaming years ago

 

when game freezes, able return desktop or need hard reset? there blue screen involved @ stage?
