iPad return policy

hi, preordered new ipad wifi apple , it's arrived (though won't able until monday). i'm thinking of returning , getting lte version instead. know what's apple's return policy on ipad, whether can still return after i've opened box , turned on?

have march 30th decide.

 

30 days return, , believe if open it's 10% restocking fee. wrong.
