SSD advise for MacBook Pro (17-inch, Early 2009)

i decided buy ssd veteran mbp don't know 1 fits computer. options are;

1) intel 520 series 120 gb sata 6 gb/s 2.5-inch solid-state drive - ssdsc2cw120a3k5 : $185

i can't say, best, have 2009 17" mbp , use vertex 3 120 gb ssd via optibay adapter , haven't had problem yet in last 4 months.
