does know gps module new ipad uses? ive been trying find in google have had no luck.

think integrated in 1 of "multi-functional" chips, it's not discrete chip (or maybe discrete chip)?. broadcom comes mind 1 of teardowns did. not sure on maker. check ifixit.com, think have details @ least ipad 2.

ipad 2 ifixit: it includes broadcom bcm4751 integrated monolithic gps receiver, update bcm4750 found in gsm iphone 4.
