RAM size on bootcamp

hey,

bootcamp imac 2011 windows 7 32 bit. when go system on windows 7 tells me. "installed memory (ram): 8.00 gb (2.23 gb useable)". why using 2.23 gb when got 8.00 gb installed? there setting on windows or mac os can change how can use? mind 8 gb sticks ordered imac when ordered apples online store.

 

because it's 32-bit system cannot use 8gb. should 3.3 usable.
