iPad jailbreak: Why? (I have my iPhone 4s jailbroken)

can guys share why have ipad's jailbroken? like...what must haves make worth while? i'm thinking of maybe jailbreaking ipad 2 i'm not sure if there reason.

on iphone, use lockinfo, sbsettings , mywi think popular jailbreaks phone. "must have" jailbreaks ipad?
