Do people not realize that this is like going from SDTV to HDTV?

i see lot of posts people don't think new ipad significant upgrade or posts considering getting refurbished ipad 2 because doesn't seem big update.

resolution doubling! don't think people understand happening here because on paper see number doubling. literally going sdtv hdtv. can go 480i picture after using hdtv?

in same way when ipad first introduced , people thought wasn't product use, isn't until see , use in person blown away display. expect more blown away jump iphone 3gs iphone 4 because of fact real estate larger.

 

no it's not. while agree retina-display amazing, cannot compare transition sdtv hdtv. why? because of screen size. big sd-tvs talk "pixel-deficit". that's not case ipad. here we're discussing whether or not can distinguish single pixels.
