iPhone 4S Flash Problem

hi all,

new forum please bear me. purchased iphone 4s 16gb in black. have owned iphones date , have performed superbly. eager 1 comes 8mp camera. have taken fair few snaps in daylight , been rather impressed. anyway, cut long story short, last friday, me , wife had few people on , attempted take photo in low light conditions, flash kicked in, , well, can see below, poor performanace , looks bleed through picture ghosted white withe bulk coming lower left side of ever picture.

ok, phone 4s, black , without case. suggestions guys?

oh, , per other threads, there no plastic left on back!

i see don't have case on. cases can cause , do. have kind of skin or plastic film on back? can cause flash washout effect.
