Two Problems

i apologize in advance if spacing out about.

have problem imessages. have messages installed , set on imac , mbp. use (automatically of course) on personal iphone , iphone work. when try set on new ipad fails saying apple id (email address) in use. know problem be?

also, netflix stopped showing on daughter's ipad (2). has ios 5.1, removed , added again no success. loaded on ipad , shows , operates fine.
