External GPU enclosure with Thunderbolt

i'm noob in computer hardware, enclosure powerfull enough handle example hd6950?

if so, pull trigger me getting 13" mbp.

i guess 6950 bit limited connection.
not pcie x16 nor x8 6950 gets on desktop mainboard. more x4 or less x2.5
depending on game , how streams of interface has huge impact or small one.
still reasonable put 6850/70 or nvidia 560 ti such box. beyond waste of money , energy , limited much. highest go 1280x800 screen less ist still more enough.
still such desktop class gpu crush highend notebook gpus unless slow thunderbolt connection limits in engines. if there lot of texture streaming case microsoft filght simulator or call of duty engine relies on pcie speed.

ps: did read 150w limit? sort of limits range of gpus work anyway , excludes 6950.
