OSX upgrade

hi girls/ guys

thinking upgrading operating system on g5 10.4.11 osx 5. mac not have superdrive , can't take osx disc osx 5 have (which on laptop powerbook g4 well)

viable install remotely how either laptop or sep external hard drive?

use g5 music recording using logic pro 8 , thought upgrading osx might me out slightly?
