Keyboard typing sound stops working

it's been few days now, iphone4s keyboard typing sound stops working. can hear music , videos speaker. didn't install new. went settings->sound , check:

slient vibrate set on
lock sounds set on
keyboard clicks set on

know have fix that?

 

have knocked silent switch on side of phone?
