Macbook pro 13 inch late 2009 losing brightness?

i have mbp late 2009. @ work, use spring 2010 macbook pro 15 inch, 1 dual core i5 inside it.

have noticed brightness of mbp lower 1 have @ work when using maximum settings on both. when put side side, not 15 inch outperforms 13 inch in brightness, in color, (my mbp screen way hotter 15 inch, no matter how mush tackle color settings).

wanted ask, if has experienced such problem his/her macbook pro. or it's spring 2010 models supposed brighter , clearer previews models? may wrong, since don't use 13 inch lot.

have applecare, don't know if cover problem, if it's problem.

 

i believe 2009 models use led lighting , 1 feature don't dim age unlike ccfl does. point perhaps there else going on.

way, 2010 bright day got it.
