Gmail filter issue

this not mac osx issue figure others may having issue well. gmail has been putting in inbox , ignoring filters i've set up. before, business news went business folder, shopping emails went shopping, facebook went facebook, etc. through filter settings of "skip inbox" , "apply label xxx." emails go straight inbox label applied. on left navigation bar, see inbox , starred, , have hover see rest of folders.

ideas on solving issue?

 

gmail filters work fine me. changes did make might cause filters work improperly?
