Is Mountain Lion going to be 64-bit ONLY?

i've read rumors 10.8 being 64-bit only, seems cool don't buy it. there many applications 32-bit still , apple have lot of updating change this. iwork exclusively 32-bit. know need new version of iwork think gave hope out anytime soon. logic natively 32-bit , 64-bit must enabled manually. if enable manually, lot of logic plugins still run in 32-bit mode. u think we'll see software updates these applications before 10.8 or new versions of these applications? or rumors false 10.8 exclusively 64-bit?
