Outlook and iCloud WITHOUT Control Panel

hello!

want access icloud stuff via outlook on work laptop, won't let me install icloud control panel app. can done?

far have email working, lots of manual settings didn't work, worked using auto settings , making <me>@me.com , giving password. calendar though? tips? tried old https://p04-caldav.icloud.com worked on old ios 4.2 ipod touch, no joy. tried https://caldav.icloud.com , https://p06-caldav.icloud.com (since t'tinternet suggested it).

contacts useful too, it's calendar want synced time management reasons!

 

tried "p04-caldav.icloud.com:443/<accountname>/principal" too.

still no joy. (<accountname> beginning without @me.com, or @icloud.com)
