so today (feb 14th) went in apple store 4s replaced dead pixel, , macbooks battery had problem. macbook fixed , bring out replacement phone , fine, put in case , on way, home clean (some fingerprints on (camera hole) , on steel band. notice these huge scratches running down right side of steel band, terrible $950 phone (i payed 64gb applecare+). called , put old phone on hold phone (unfortunately dead pixel) tomorrow. maybe ill try again later. disappointed quality control on new , replacements. making me angry @ moment. acceptable?
edit/update: did examine phone before left , checked out in store, might have seen thought fingerprints , seemed wipe right off in store (probably light didn't catch on make me aware, 1 has loud vibrator (which going live with) , noticed later @ night, piece of dust under screen. of these problems didn't show in store (15 min of examining) before signed. unfortunately big problem, direct response post, have replacement offered me today, have original 1 @ store going tomorrow (or if have more in stock, none today, might try luck @ replacement)
have discovered phone not make any calls, automatically puts me on speaker , there no audio, sucks

as should have been made aware dead pixel, problems happen , bad products through lines.
have saved trip had examined phone before leaving store.
not it's huge deal make out be... you'll go there tomorrow, they'll offer old phone or replacement.
