Dual screen setup

hi guys, hoping can help.

running dual screen set up; 1 screen using mini display port, have converter vga, displays fine.

other screen using other available port;the hdmi. using standard hdmi lead has absolutely fuzzy turd results. have bought hdmi vga adapter see if helps, mac doesn't recognise it.

best options me have both screens displaying clear quality? has else had similar experience? please recommend me product or route go down.

fuzzy turd results don't sound digital connection. if go mini hdmi monitor hdmi hdmi cable signal should fuzz-free. digital connections typically work, or not, whereas analog connections, vga, can have varying degrees of fuzziness. cheapest thing try different cable, if doesn't work either mini or display hdmi port may have problem.
