Was a solution ever found to safari auto-refresh?

has else noticed this? seems safari in lion (maybe in sl well, upgraded @ same time leopard sl , lion),

anyways seems safari refresh in manner similar how refreshes on ipad. there way prevent behaving this?

chrome has been giving me trouble lately, switched safari. however, safari's auto-refresh functionality driving me crazy!! need disable this!! there way around @ all??
